We generally do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

After review, we may offer (at our discretion):

  • A replacement item (if available), or
  • Store credit or refund if applicable

NON-RETURNABLE SITUATIONS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color selected by the customer
  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered
  • Sale or discounted items

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
